All orders are processed within 2-3 business days*, orders are not shipped or delivered during weekends or public holidays.
Shipments may be delayed due to high volume of orders. Should there be any significant delays with the shipping of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Customers are entitled to seven (7) calendar days to return the goods from the date of purchase.
Any goods returned after seven (7) calendar days will not be entertained.
To be eligible for a return, the goods must be unused and be in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase must be presented upon returning of goods.
Please DO NOT send the goods back to the manufacturer.
Any goods not in its original condition, is damaged, missing parts for any reasons whatsoever not due to the error from Radiotronic Sdn. Bhd. will not be entitled for returns.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
An email will be sent to notify the customer(s) upon receipt of returned goods as well as the approval or rejection for a refund.
Once approved, the refund will be processed and credited to the credit card of the customer or the original mode of payment, within a certain number of days.
Radiotronic Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to where partial refunds (if applicable) are given.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Should the customer have yet to receive a refund, kindly check with your preferred credit card company and/or financial institutions. It may take some time for the refund to be reflected in the account and/or card statement.
If the refund(s) have still yet to be received despite the best efforts of the customer, please do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be glad to assist.
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Unfortunately, only regular priced goods are entitled for a refund.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
Goods will only be exchanged should they be defective and/or damaged.
In the event of an exchange of goods should occur, kindly notify us through email at email@example.com. Once the Management has verified the purchase and is within any of our exchange, return and/or warranty-claim duration, kindly send the goods for exchange to:

SHIPPING FOR EXCHANGE / RETURN
In the event of an exchange and/or return of goods should occur, kindly send the goods to: Radiotronic Sdn. Bhd., Lot 7, No.13, Type A2, Industri E33 Likas, Mile 2 1/2, Jalan Tuaran, Likas, 88400 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia.
The cost of shipment for the return of goods shall be borne solely by the customer. The customer will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for the return of goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The duration for the arrival of exchanged goods may vary depending on the location of recipient address.
You should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Tracked parcel service and/or shipping insurance are highly recommended to those of whom are sending goods for return and/or exchange, in order to ensure the best possible and pleasant shopping experience with us.
